The Brain and Exercise


We all know what physical activity can do for our body. Research also shows that physical activity sparks biological changes that encourage brain cells to bind to one another.  These connections must be made in order for the brain to learn.  Neuroscientists continue to discover how unparalleled exercise is at creating an environment in which the brain is ready, willing, and able to learn.
